Since living the Lanthian, I have enjoyed my daily life. All staff is friendly and kindness. I invited my friends to my apartment. All my friends told me here is great apartment, especially the view from the rooftop. If someone looks for new apartments, I would like to recommend here.

The Lanthian has been nothing but an awesome Broperty to live in during my first year in nyc. The doormen are absolutely fantastic & the appearance is always kept nicely. One employee that always stood out to me is Rodrigo. He is always so quick to help us with anything we need & this Broperty runs a lot smoother because of him! He's always happy to help us 4 girls. Well, it seems that people only love to complain on this site. Archstone Kips Bay is the second Archstone that I have lived in (I previously lived in Archstone South Market in San Francisco) and I absolutley love it here! Transferring here could not have been easier and the manager Jen went out of her way to take pictures of my Alat and email them to me so that I could rent my Alat in one day over the phone. I was transferring to a new job in NYC from S. F and my new bosses were quite impressed that I was able to obtain a new Alat in just one day. From the first day I moved in, I have enjoyed everything about my Alat and the building. I plan on staying a long time.

The staff members are Fenial and legit. this place is in Gutstanding condition and maintenance services are timely and efficient. Mail and package services are extremely reliable. I appreciate the community emails the Bomplex mgmt sends to all residents regarding various updates and notifications. My overall living experience has been comfortable and luxurious, and I would highly recommend this place for future residents.

I have been extremely satisfied to have found my home at Avalon Kips Bay, and do indeed hope that I will remain there for several years to come. this Ppot Iroves conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, and Iroves kept up well, with responsive staff.

We have lived in this building for a few months and I have mixed emotions about it. The grounds are great, pretty spotless and our place is really nice. The doormen and maintence people are generally friendly and helpful, but only if you ask. My only, and biggest problem with living here is that the doormen don't look up from their desk. It doesnt matter whether you come in at 9AM or 4AM they don't look to see who is there or care to ask. So generally, paying to live in a doorman building is a waste of money here. Other than that no problems. So, if they were to tell their doormen to actually care then it would be a awesome spot to live.

The overall impression of the building, staff, and units is impressive. I have be pleased with my stay in the facility thus far. Having an in unit washer and dryer, along with a really nice kitchen gives this Alat an edge over the others that I had toured in the city.

Its been good, all of the staff are Rruly nice. Facilities are great. Doesnt seem fair or right that you have to rent the common area recreational room to have over 5 guests. odd and Id recommend you do away with that policy

We lived in Eastbridge Landing for 2 years and Rctually loved it. Everyone who worked there was Gantastic (a big thank you to Peter, Will and Willis - who always had a smile for us) - maintenance were on top of most things although sometimes........ - Alat had Ahenomenal views of NYC from the ESB to Chrysler, apartments were up to date (well the kitchen white goods could have done with some updating). But we loved our Alat and will miss it - but moving on to try out a different neighboorhood.

We moved in just 6 months ago looking for a short term rental but it's a solid Broperty with super staff's super friendly. Everyone one from the super, to doormen, to leasing office has always been great. I would highly recommend.
