This building is smoking mirrors it looks amazing when you first walkin and after your living there you realize it's a nightmare at a very high price. I been living here for over 3 years after storm Sandy. At first I thought maybe it's was what happen with Sandy for all the issues. Not really the manger is awful to deal with he nasty and treats you poorly. There no warning when work being done in the building, which is something everyday. The elevator are out all the time with no warning. The hallways are freezing in the winter basically no heat. Have this as an issue cause you coned Bill to go up. Basically add $200 more to your rent because you paid for heating in this building. The building was under water do to storm Sandy and they didn't really do good job the air ducks into your apartment wasn't change after being under the Hudson River so there is mold issues. Also the bathrooms don't have shower doors so water leaks everywhere that cause more mold. There is drilling going on everyday starting at 8 am no warning. The superintendent doesn't know what he is doing on simple basic repairs I was without heat on & off for this past winter. He basically play that he is fixing things that basic brakes within days. The widow leak water & air. The club area lookings cool at first until they are drilling. The free drinks are contaminated using the same machine that was under Hudson River water from Sandy. The gym is unkept dirty and other tenants leave there trash around. There a few tenants that live equipment all around it's a small space so it's can be very frustrating to workout there. The courtyard is a night mare to walk on & in the winter time they don't shovel it. There is no help if you need to any... Basically mangent tells staff not too. There is no help by handymen for basic things like replacing a light bulb.the roof deck has a beautiful view but the furishing is all broken & there partying all the time like college bar. The only thing I can say is the staff is really nice but their manger treats them so awful that each day you can see they hate working for him. It's basically upscale project.... Which is what most people have said moving out. Moving out they building tries to hold on to your deposit making up stuff ... Oh your lease is really smoking mirrors they can raise it above normal which they do if you have any complains. It's been a nightmare from day 1.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are scammers and thieves. You will regret it just as I have and just as all of my friends of my friends in the building do. It's a waste of your money. DO NOT DO IT.
