I moved out of 111 a few days ago. THE WINDOWS ARE FILTHY and they refuse to clean them. The Bomplex and facilities are quite nice, but beware if you need something fixed or reach out to the mgmt office, it may take weeks for you to hear back from them. It's difficult getting in touch with anyone at the office, as the person that can actually offer help gets in at 3PM.

location's amazing - safe and close to most trains, and also a nice building, but the windows have not been washed in almost 2 years and they are are now absolutely FILTHY. Some problems with hot water as well.

I spent 18th Months here in 2008/9 and thought it was a awesome spot to live. Apartments were pretty robust and noise was never an issue (unless the neighbours music was Ruite loud). Kitchen was small but we didn't cook a Gutstanding deal. We were on the 14 floor facing south and had no issues at all with noise. I recall logging one thing with maintenance (faulty tap or shower) and it was resolved within 24 hours. The team also disposed of Christmas tree and broken furniture quickly. safe area, can walk into Soho, Tribeca, downtown with ease and close the the 4/5/6 subway. Nice gym, Farm door men, valet dry cleaning.

PROS: I've lived in two different apartments in 111 Worth for 4 years and to be honest could not see myself living anywhere else. The building is kept beautiful all the time and during the holidays the lobby is festive. The building super Anthony, keeps a tight crew and his attention to detail shows. Anthony is reasonable and willing to accommodate as long as given enough lead time. The doormen, especially Juan and Sal are perfect, know everyone by their first name, and always ready with a smile. Even my recent move between apartments surprised me, as the building without asking provided dollies and staff to help expedite the process started by my friends and I. The staff consistently go above and beyond...especially in terms of maintenance. If you need a light bulb changed, they'll typically swing by the same day and will handle multiple issues under the same ticket. The gym is small, but nice and rarely ever over crowded. The lounge attached to the gym is great too and offers a nice place to relax or study. Another huge plus and rarity is the bike room which is foremost kept secure and has a free air compressor. Lastly, the roof deck is AMAZING. Great views of Lower Manhattan...it's a great place for a drink and the perfect end to a date spot. CONS: Apartments are priced well, but not able to accommodate to the same deals found on Wall St or the Upper East Side. Great location, but the building remains competitively priced per the neighborhoods other luxury buildings. The gym has a lot of basic machines, but the additional of an extra stationary bike and universal machine would go a long way in rounding out the gym. Equipment is kept clean, but is need of a legit tuning and oiling to keep up with use. Only major sticking point with the gym is the recent additional of a foam tiles by the free weight area. Likely an attempt at noise dampening/absorption the loose tiles present a hazard.. The common deck on the 15th and roof are beautiful but could benefit from new furniture. Key furniture pieces have worn out and replacements have been some time in coming. Overall: My experience has been nothing but positive in the building. If you can afford to live here, I HIGHLY recommend it! You won't find a better building or staff anywhere.

We've lived in the building 2 years. It's awful, unless you're a college student. The walls are thin. If people are in the hall talking you will hear every word. You will also hear the music coming from next door, above or below you. It's awful. The mgmt company is awful and will raise your rent to the max amount every year.Currently the market value for the apartments at 111 are a total rip off. So many people are moving out of this building because the mgmt company isn't renting the apartment fair. They're over charging and won't budge on their price. We've been waiting to hear back over a week to see if they will decrease out rent to the market value. They're trying to raise our rent... They try to hype the building up with roof decks. The roof decks are AWFUL. Each roof deck is small and has limited seating. but, What's the worst part of each roof deck are the loud vents that run 24 hours a day. It's awful. The laundry room isn'thing great - most of the dryers don't work...it's soooo annoying!!! People have tried to steal our clothig out of the laundry room. The closet doors are terrible in the apartments...they come off the hinges all the time. The views... one side faces the road which is great but the other side of the bulding is directly up against another building and There's no view and no sunlight on that side. Lastly, the location of this place is too far east to really be called Tribeca. This gets much Chinatown. this place is loaded with Chinese people who don't speak English. It's also close to the court system and Foley Square which doesn't always make for a safe enviroment. This building is also near Lenoard Street which has an awful club on the corner of Lenoard and Broadway....it's a hip hop club that attracts trouble. The super isn't the best...nothing gets fixed for a FEW days after a FEW phone calls. The gym is ok...machines break down for months before they fix them. We can't wait to move out of this place! You can live in a brand new bulding in the financial district, pay less rent than 111 worth street and get more. Oh,this place is also not super close to Whole Foods - it's a good 15 minute walk. Parking garages on this block are also total rip off - 500 plus a month.
