Great staff! Very attentive! Building is kept extremely well and the entire team is incredibly friendly! Big plus is the large storage unit. We enjoy living here very much. We would recommend 88 Leonard to others!!

Friendly, well managed building. Staff are very professional, polite and pleasant. My only feedback is that tenants should be encouraged not to let their dogs pee by the entrance of the building, it always reaks of urine by the entrance/sidewalk. I find it unpleasant, especially for a building of this standard. Perhaps it should be reinforced for tenants to take their dogs to pee elsewhere.

Love the community but am very disappointed in the dry cleaner owners' manners. I used him a lot and it was nice to have but I nicely told that my clothes shrunk the last two times I did wash and fold. He yelled at me and told me never to come back

A great experience. The staff is extremely kind, caring, and professional. The neighborhood is a great place to live with the family. Everything is very accessible from restaurants to public transportation.

I have lived in NYC for 23 years. We've moved here recently and every interaction has been brilliant, from the leasing office to the front desk to the other individuals who service the building and the people who live here. We felt at home and taken care of instantly. Thank you 88 Leonard team!
