Unit 4A Pros: Sadly, there are very little “pros” for this kind of living. Cons: Weak foundation, infestations, multiple cracks and holes in ever apartment. Poor pest control protocols (mice, rats, roaches everywhere). Advice to landlord: Adhere to pest control protocols (mice and roach infestations) regularly assess the foundation of the building as multiple cracks and holes have developed into gaping holes that are impossible to fix without calling the office 100x and even then, no one arrives. Treat your tenants like humans. These living conditions are deplorable and continuing to allow such conditions to exist is inhumane, negligent and unacceptable.
