Pros: There are civil neighbors that mind their own business. The apartment layout. The heat works in the winter. Hardware store down the block Cons: The caretakers do their best, but we live amongst ratchet people who don't have a trash bag in their homes so they toss stuff out the window or are too lazy to throw it in the hopper. When you complain to Ms. Hull directly about serious issues she passes the problem to someone else. Maintenance people will discuss you and your home with other tenants like their opinions matter. It's essentially the money pit.... Iyky.... Everytime you think you're done repairing everything, something else falls apart. I've seen tenants & people who don't live here use the back staircase as a bathroom. Advice to landlord: Appreciate the pros, correct the cons.

Pros: I like that the apartments are big. I’ve been living here for a long time and no other apartments I’ve seen compares to this. Also it’s close to every and anything I could need Cons: The rats downstairs are always running around outside the building Advice to landlord: Please seal up the rat holes that are outside the building, in the grass dirt etc.

Pros: There is so much diversity and so many neighbors that you always find at least someone to relate to. The rent is contingent on how much money you report and the heat/hot water, gas and electricity are incorporated into the rent Cons: The rats are the size of raccoons Advice to landlord: Having to deal with a lot of trash from a building that has 226 units is expected, but they should really do a better job of managing it

Pros: A lot of the community members have known one another for more thank 10 years. There is a sense of togetherness to some extent here. Cons: A priority of this development should be cleanliness and it isn’t. The trash and overalls cleanliness of the area is not great at all. Advice to landlord: The living conditions here are at an all time low, especially for the amount of money the for rent. It’s terrible. You have to do better in these communities.
