Pros: You have space in the apartment. Cons: Your neighbors are loud and dirty and the elevator always breaks down. Advice to landlord: Just do better.

Pros: -a roof over my head -I’ve seen worse -cleaner than most other buildings on the block Cons: -heat and hot water not consistent at all -some neighbors are weird and rude as hell -the area sucks

And It is a lot of fun here Cons: Sometimes it gets a little noisy with people yelling in the night time and people banging on the walls but that is only sometimes Advice to landlord: I don’t have any.. very good job
