Pros: low rent, convenient Cons: old, loud, too many people loitering outside the building

Pros: The heat works very well! No issues with electricity. Park and parking lot in the back so it's convenient. Trash pick up is consistent and timely. Cons: Recently, there have been many leaks and NYCHA has been slow to respond. Seems that leaks are being patched up - rather than actually having pipes fixed. So leaks are stopped in one area, but another one pops up soon afterward. Advice to landlord: Invest in actually redoing the pipes!

Pros: For a “Project Building” it is considerably clean in the common areas. Cons: Building management is a revolving door. Never any consistency and emergency work is constantly on hold or forgotten. Advice to landlord: Hire reliable staff in the office as the main form of communication lacks respect and consideration for others with the current staff.
