Pros: - Size of the apartment is doable- 2 bedroom - Hallways were painted, brighter now! Cons: -New construction is making rats run around. - Maintenance is slow in fixing things in homes; shouldn’t take a full month to fix a tub! - Updates to the apartments are needed, especially with the wood cabinets and floorings -Lobby Door needs to be fixed, slams too hard
