This building and studio were exactly what I was looking for in the exact location I wanted. My apartment is spacious, updated, and quiet. I love the amenities and the staff is so warm and helpful. A great place to live.

The first 2 years with Roseland as the property mgmt company the overall cleanliness of the common areas was impeccable. The carpets in the hallways were cleaned on a regular basis. There were semi-annual maintenance checks in the apartments. Also there was a steady person to communicate with and with a very quick response. Since the property mgmt change there have been numerous personnel changes, the cleanliness of the general common area has been greatly reduced. The building staff is still top notch. Pedro and team are always responsive and friendly.

The heating system is temperamental. If you adjust the thermostat at all, the heat exchangers often cant desk with it and break. In winter its sometimes a problem. Pedro comes fast and can usually fix it, but its not great to have to deal with that.

Management for this building are unresponsive and unreachable. Multiple phone messages, emails and maintenance requests have gone unanswered. Recently a nonfunctioning clothes dryer required no less than 4 visits by maintenance without any fix until finally a new dryer that sounds like an airplane was installed. Currently the heat in the main bedroom has not worked for 2 weeks and I have not received any response or repair attempt. Steer clear.

Living at 2130 ACP has been nice. The apartment is well kept and the staff is helpful. The apartment itself has modern finishes and a lot of natural sunlight. The amenities are also very nice, but the hours are limited.

The community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The walls are well built. I rarely hear my neighbors. Location is close to the ACBD as well as the 123 and numerous bus lines. There are lots of stores and eateries around. The building management and maintenance is just ok. The building doesnt turn on the AC in the halls anywhere but the first floor/lobby. The apartments are very poorly lit. At night this can cause a real strain on the eyes. The washer/dryer units are very loud.

Need more time to give a better assessment- at the moment just need them to work on getting the gym open other than that everything else seems fine. The concierges and maintenance folks are extremely welcoming!
