Pros: The building has some great people, as well as a nice environment. Cons: There are a lot of people making noise as well as being rude. Advice to landlord: If you don't mind a little noise then great but if you do then put on some headphones.

Unit Apt 11D Pros: It’s right near the seaport and in the heart of lower east side. This area has easily accessible transportation, good hidden gems to eat and shop. Cons: Building is filthy. Elevator is often out of order and filled with human pee. Advice to landlord: This NYCHA housing unit needs an update. Deep cleaning, strict rules to ensure cleanliness and safety.
