The building ain’t same like it used to be ! Between 1999- 2014 it was great living there after i left became horrible. I come visit family who still living here so from 2014 til 2021 nothing have change ! This building is disgusting all you smell urinate in every floors Garage bags by apartments can stay there for weeks or months Piles of garbages in basement outside area! Hallway grimy Broken heater Broken lobby door Homeless people in the hallway No Heat (only when they want too give it ) 1/28/2021 outside weather is cold 21 degree no heat on only for 10 min at certain time they feel like it Lazy super !! Broken toilet Broke tiles Broken windows New people come in they get new stuff while other old tenants suffer the old one with damage. February 1 2021 a ***SNOWSTORM**** and stairs in front of the building ain’t shoveling, snow are coming inside the building and wets floor from top to bottom !!! . AND NO SUPER AROUND !! I been asking for HELP NO ANSWER ALL YOU DO COME CHECK and THAT IT And Never answer your office phone what Ashamed on you !!! But get mad when get reports from Fire Department or 311!!! You have one lazy super that sent someone else to do his job he won’t climb up ladder change light bulb! so If you want less complaints do your jobs the right way when every tenants ask for help for their Anit that need to be fix do it right a way don’t wait the more you wait the angers people get because honestly if they paying their rent on time should be one of good landlord but if you don’t you definitely will get bad negative show you ain’t responsible for this job position so Do better and don’t be CHEAP with the HEAT!!
