Pros: Elevator access. Decent neighbors. Close to train. Cons: There are roaches everywhere you turn. Especially if you enter in the middle of the night. Embarrassing if you have guests. Even with the exterminator. The building fired the doorman so now anyone can come in the building and mail is just left at your door and can be stolen. Tenants have had to put cameras up to prevent this. They wait until the very last minute to put up heat in the winter. The people outside play music until 5am. Molding cracking walls. Ceilings leak at times when neighbors upstairs have water issue. Advice to landlord: Stop neglecting the building.
