I was having problems with my dryer. The next day they came to check on it. And then determined that a new dryer was needed. That next day it was installed into my apartment. Quick fast and always professional.

The package locker was jammed and I couldn’t retrieve my packages, but the leasing team responded very quickly. Camilo and Nicholas helped resolve the issue and got the locker open for us. They were very helpful and patient throughout the process. Really appreciate the support!

I have lived at this IMT property over 5 years now. There are a lot of excellent things about living here but the maintenance staff is definitely a 5 star team. It is an older property (built in 1980s or 70s I believe) so things are obviously going to need maintenance just like a home would. I recently cracked a pane in the window in my bedroom and they replaced it in 30 minutes once we set up a respective time for them to enter my unit.

So happy with the choice to move here. Work is close and it's pretty centered to the city. Clean, neat, quiet, great neighbors. Office staff is always so helpful but special shout out to Beyce Daniela Laguna on a smooth, fast easy process when I applied. Highly recommending to friends and family
