Love this place. The staff is incredible, and very approachable. I've locked myself out of my apartment and the maintenance guy saved me within 20 minutes. I had a couple lights go out and it was fixed same day. Gina is so friendly and attentive - couldn't ask for more

This property has been so great - the property management - Adam and Gina along with the Engineering team (Jesse, Adam, and Jimmy) are so kind and helpful and responsive. The building is super well maintained and its great having only 70 units in the building - also I have the most beautiful sunsets I've ever experienced in any apartment! The apartment is quiet as well. I only wish I controlled the air / heat - but that's the only nit pick! Love this property!

My new apartment is so spacious and up to date. The floor to ceiling windows are incredible. Every time I open my door I am in awe. The staff is super nice and friendly making a transition very easy. I have never been so sure I made the right decision

The community of people at 24 South Morgan are respectful and considerate. The property is kept very clean, well-maintained, and staff are responsive. The only 'downside' is that loud HVAC system, but that is outweighed by the fantastic views of the city, quiet building, friendly neighbors, and great staff.

It is ok. There is a lot of turnover with the staff. Old building is apparent when things break down, like the AC. The worst part is that the staff doesn't really follow up on things, even things such as renewals of leases.

It's been quiet with nice neighbors. The main issue is the clear lack of care or process from the maintenance team, if there even is one. It seems that our requests are an afterthought. Please Improve this process

Reside has many buildings and people generally think of one building has a good rating all of them are good. Not so! 24 S. Morgan seem to be a step child building no one cares for. It has been frustrating.

The management staff is extremely helpful and communicative, answering any questions I had prior to my tour, during my leasing process, and prior to and after my move. I also had an issue upon move in and the engineers made themselves available right away; everyone is so friendly and patient. Highly recommend!

Overall experience has been fairly good. The building is in good condition and while there have been outages of air conditioning or hot water they are resolved quickly. In times where resolution was not quick tenants were compensated which was appreciated. Maintenance staff is very nice: covid makes it impossible to do anything other than emergency work in units however so something as simple as my ice machine not working took months to get to, and even then it would've required a new refrigerator so I'm just living with Ice trays. Possibly the most bothersome bit about living here is package management. I've had packages delivered to the first door (not secure), to a random spot in the lobby, by my mailbox, next to the mail room, or in the mail room.

Just moved in but we love the layout and big windows. The RentCafe app seems to be very useful and makes a lot of things easier like a main ten way request, signing documents, and signing up to use the gym.
