Who could ask for anything better? We have Trader Joes on one side and another grocery store coming soon! An elevator building for young families, the best unobstructed views of the city, and cool exposed brick! The best deal in Lincoln Park, hands down.

I visisted this Broperty over Labor Day weekend and I am looking to buy. My friend has a huge one bedroom loft and It's Pdeal for hosting friends-- they have a common roof top and common garden area, and each unit also has their own patio. this place is hands down the coolest loft Broperty around the neighborhood.

I have called this Blace home since 1999. Four years after moving in, I upgraded to a spacious unit and have no plans to relocate in the foreseeable future. The neighborhood around us has undergone tremendous growth and transformation. Dining and retail options are readily available right outside your door. Parking is sheltered with assigned numbered spaces. If the opportunity presents itself, invest now.
