They keep this place nice with all the amenities needed plus an Ahenomenal co-working lounge. The maintenance staff are wonderful, efficient, and timely. The unit is spacious with Ahenomenal views of the city.

Stayed there as a guest everyone was amazing. Especially the front desk and maintenance. Anything that we needed everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would love to stay there again or maybe even looking into leasing

They were all super nice and super attentive. The team received us with a warming welcome and very tasteful food. The decoration was very cute :) The event had a very nice environment and it was very nice to come with friends and enjoy the moment. Thank you for tonight!

Alan gave a thorough and very informative walk through of the apartment I was interested in. When I decided to apply, Jarvis was very helpful. Brad was amazing and quick to answer any questions I had. This is a very beautiful building with welcoming people. I’m so excited to be living here!

Fast and well done efficient replacement of my stovetop. I stupidly broke it dropping a cast iron but shoutout to William and the maintenance staff for fixing it. They are super nice guys and helpful and could not be happier!

I had a tour with Alan and he was an amazing guide. We got a great look at all the amenities and benefits and Alan was able to answer all my questions! Real great staff and loved my tour here at the 808!

Love living at the 808 - the apartment, the amenities, the views and vibes are all amazing! The management is doing such a good job keeping everything running smoothly and lively with events planned throughout the year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Chicago!
