Lived here for a year. Been through 3 apartment managers in the last month and a half. Had a leak in the ceiling that was about 4 ft big from a heavy rain. Took 4 months to get maintenance in to fix the ceiling!! Calls after calls to management and they simply would respond "I don't know whats going on." Lots of dust, and MOLD everywhere. The walls are squishy from the moisture. Had breathing problems and headaches. Asked management several times to address the mold issue. Ended up having to call the city. Maintenance won't show up for even a minor repair, unless they feel like showing up. When they do, they give you attitude. Termites, flies, moths, and tons of bedbugs in the neighborhood. Thank god I never got them. Walk outside the building and smell the lovely smell of piss and s**t. Hundreds upon hundreds of flies scatter when you walk out onto the sidewalk. I have seen 2 women on various occasions taking a bowel movement on the side walk. Lots of drunk people sleeping on the sidewalk or talking smack to you when you walk by. Expect to take 1hr or more to find parking at night when you're getting home from a long day at work. Noise didn't bother me, and had somewhat friendly neighbors. But everyone likes to keep to themselves. This place is obviously run by a slum lord who does not care about their tenants. Only cares about making money. Run away, run far away!!
