The two buildings that make up this location- 9005 and 9015 Burton Way- have seen better days. The other residents seem nice enough, but the building is showing signs of being rundown, and there is only so much that can be done at this point. Old fixtures, old carpet, old elevator, etc. But cheap! And the location is pretty nice. If you are looking for an inexpensive living location in a higher-end area of town, consider Burton Plaza. Don't expect much, you probably won't get it.

I have lived in this building for a little over two years now. I am trying to get out as soon as I can. We have had many problems with our unit. We are on a unit that faces Burton Way and have had multiple items stolen from our second floor balcony. We can no longer leave ANYTHING there. Also because our unit is on the second floor, it's easy for people to get up to our balcony and we have had many attempts to break in to our place through the front window which also faces Burton Way. Our mail is often not received as the mailboxes sit in an unlocked area and the post office simply leaves packages out in the open for anyone to take, which they do. The building itself is also old. Not a single cabinet in our kitchen closes completely. We have asked to have this fixed multiple times, but it has not been resolved.
