If you want your packages stolen 50% of the time or your car broken into every few months then this is the place for you. Property manager is rude, incompetent, and doesn't seem to understand what being a property manager entails. On one occasion I made a maintenance request to the property manager and she literally yelled "I'm not working today, and slammed her door which smelled of marijuana". Upper management is extremely cheap, and doesn't care about the property or safety of the tenants. They don't seem to know common Landlord/Tenant laws and I often have to remind them what they are legally obligated to do. There are periodic water shutdowns with little to no notice which occur at disruptive hours. Plumbing in the building is bad, water pressure from shower is awful (it literally drips). I've reported water leaking from the ceiling on numerous occasions and nothing was done about it. The building itself is old and dated, poor security measures, strangers have walked into people's apartment and stolen items. Last year a tenant had to call the police when a stranger tried to pick her lock open while she was inside the unit. Vehicles in the parking lot get looted periodically, management refuses to install a gate or security cameras, and they refuse to reimburse tenants for any property damages. This is an awful place to live. The only positive about living here is having easy access to the 101 freeway. Moving here will give you headaches...STAY AWAY!
