Le Baron has been home since the fall of 2018. Dave, the building manager immediately addresses any issues and is very proactive with preventive maintenance. He is always very nice, attentive to residents, and quickly solves any issues that may arise. He really prides himself on making sure the community is secure, clean and well maintained. The rules are definitely enforced which is great, Dave runs a tight ship. The residents are friendly, creating a nice close knit community. I would absolutely recommend Le Baron to anyone seeking a great apartment complex, excellent manager and safe environment. It's also a great neighborhood to walk. The apartment is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and a great hike to the Hollywood Reservoir. People are very friendly out walking. I feel fortunate to have called Le Baron home. - Dave Sorensen

I lived at Le Baron Apartments for about 3 years and it was a wonderful place to call home. I loved my back corner apartment that was quiet and faced beautiful bamboo trees. The Manager Dave is always very nice, attentive to all the residents and solves any issues that come up immediately. He really prides himself on making sure the community is secure, clean and well taken care of. The rules are definitely enforced there which is good as it eliminates all the craziness that happens at other complexes. Overall, I will miss my apartment at Le Baron and various of the nice residents who live there, creating a nice close knit community. I would absolutely recommend Le Baron to anyone seeking a great apartment complex, excellent manager and safe environment. It's also a great neighborhood to walk along Beachwood and go to the market, cafe, etc. You'll be missed Le Baron and Dave! Thank you for everything during my time there!

My fiancé and I lived at LeBaron for two years. It was the best apt I ever had in almost 20 years in LA. The building is always immaculate, never really had any maintenance issues, the building manager Dave is fantastic and on any issues that should ever arise. We were sad to go but if you're looking for comfort in a great neighborhood, these apartments are the best.

I lived here for a little over three years and it was great! Dave, the building manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We never had a problem that wasn't immediately addressed. The apartment is close to a grocery store and restaurants and a good hike to the Hollywood Reservoir. My husband and I really loved our time there and couldn't recommend it enough.

Almost two years at this gem of a spot. It took some searching but it was well worth it! Walking distance to restaurants, Hollywood bars, the Red Line Metro Station and a supermarket right around the corner. I think I had one issue with an old oven in the unit and it was replaced with a new one in days... The manager keeps the place in pristine conditions and solves any problems you might rarely run into quick. My girlfriend wants a house but, but... I dont want to move out the bachelor pad and its awesome location =(

I've been living at Le Baron for just over a year now, and it's easily the best apartment experience I've ever had. The building is extremely well maintained, and the neighborhood is awesome (about a half mile up Beachwood Canyon). Management is very organized and responsive, although I haven't had a great need to contact them since everything in our apartment is always functioning and working fine. I'd recommend this place to just about anyone.

My wife and I moved to Le Baron apartments in May of 2013 and lived there for 2 years. We are now moving because of work, but we absolutely loved our time here and Le Baron is a fantastic place to live. Dave is the best apartment manager you could ever hope for. He is always quick to respond to and fix problems in the units (if you should have them), and is always extremely professional in the way he alerts residents of maintenance happening in the building or if he needs to enter your unit. Also, there are NO BUGS. Our previous apartment in Texas was infested with roaches, so the fact that Le Baron was so bug-free was a huge blessing. The grounds and building are very well maintained and you can't beat the location. It's about a 10 minute (safe) walk to amazing restaurants in franklin village and the UCB comedy club. It's also nice to see the hollywood sign everyday as you leave and return to the apartment. Just up the street is an amazing breakfast spot, the Beachwood Cafe, and a little further you can find a trailhead for the hollywood reservoir hike. I would recommend Le Baron to anybody who is looking for a good, clean, safe, well-managed, bug-free, fairly-priced apartment with cool tenants and a great location. If that's not what you're looking for, you would hate it there :)

My husband and I moved in here in December 2010, which was over 3 years ago. The only reason we re moving out is because we re starting a family (twins!) and need more space. We live in a 1-bedroom - Apt #311. We are SO sad to leave this building. We loved every minute. The building is well taken care of. Dave is such an excellent manager by keeping everything clean and organized. We never complained about anything since we moved in and never needed to. Whoever moves in here is lucky, in my opinion, because it s one of the best buildings in the neighborhood and close to so many shops and restaurants. The apartment is HUGE and so comfortable. My particular unit has a separate bathtub and separate shower. The pool is heated in the summer and everyone in the building is so very nice and down to earth. One of the biggest pros is that this building feels so safe and it is so quiet! To live in a place where you can walk to so much entertainment yet sleep in peace is rare. Like I said, my husband and I are genuinely sad that we re moving out because of how much we loved living here.

I have been at Le Baron for 3 1/2 years and loved it! Just moving to another area because of my long commute... The apartments are very spacious and well kept up! David, the manager, maintains everything very nicely and the hallways and pool area are always clean. The neighbors are friendly and outgoing. My apartment on the second floor has a view to the Hollywood Sign and a large balcony. Never had any problems here with anything! There are great grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Gelson's, Beachwood Market) and restaurants close by. Beachwood Canyon is also a nice area for hiking in the hills (Hollyridge Trail is very close) and in Griffith Park. Just the parking on the street gets crowded after 5pm... as anywhere in LA, unfortunately.

Ben in the building or over 2 years and no complaint. Te hallways and ground stay extremely clean and we'll maintained .. Any issue of maintenance is handled immediately.. The only downfall would be parking in beachwood.. Your space Coe with parking. This is your ace only..you can't park on the street and let a visiting friend have our spot.. Parking is bad in beach, every where in LA really...so it would be nice to graba pot in the day and let our visiting friend take yours...especially when it's late and it's a day in hills...but, I guess by keeping things to the registered vehicle....it keeps people that don't live here out of the garage which isn't a bad thing...great pool, really lean, great access to hiking and the highway...great building..really safe.
