This is a beautiful, upscale apartment building located in Beverly Hills on Burton Way. It is very quiet and walkable. Rent is expensive and your neighbors are mostly well-known professionals, as expected in this area.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year now and I have been very happy with my experience. These are some of the nicest apartments in Beverly Hills. They are expensive, but well worth it. Very quiet community within walking distance of various gourmet restaurants and lux hotels. Highly recommended!

Apartment initially looks nice and new. Management is great in responding to any inquiries but lacks actions to problems. Apartment building looks well maintained but the lobby has water leak every time it rains. The fire alarm and elevator alarm goes off frequently in the middle of the night. The one and only elevator takes a life time to get to each floor even though there are only 4 floors. The church across the street rents out their hall (especially busy during wedding seasons) and the parties go on until late with their doors wide open so the whole neighborhood can enjoy all their guests' celebrations. You are only a block away from one of the busiest hospitals in LA = constant sirens. You will get to know your neighbors intimately, thanks to very thin walls. The tenants, young professionals and students, are not the most quiet crowd I've seen. Some of these self-claimed law students (there are few) party almost every weekend and you will know about it. The apartment is old and they have done mostly cosmetic renovations with cheap materials, mostly from Ikea, to make it look new and modern but you can tell the age by the old windows and frames which let all wind and sound come through. This building has been in construction before I moved in and is still ongoing with safe housing violations. There has been some dust and noise problems stemming from the construction.

Service is great with an excellent manager. Atmosphere is open, clean and green. Beautiful oasis in the heart of LA. Location is perfect and even walking distance to everything. Highly recommend it.

This is a Great place to live... so close to everything- the grove, Bev Hills, Weho, Robertson blvd., SLS Hotel & the 10 fwy. I always felt very safe living here- The manager is always taking care of the premises (you actually see him everyday- doing something positive!) The Management is very responsible always striving to make this address worth living at. They remodeled my Apt. while I was living here and it took only four days (completely painless)...I don't know what the comments below were refraining too. If you are reading these reviews and now having second thoughts about renting here due to the negativity, I assure you, it is highly inaccurate. I am a 29 & lived here alone since 2005 and always recommended this place to all my friends- they Love it here. When I moved-out this month, (only because- I got married) unbelievably, the first mail I received was my Security Deposit (almost in-full)....I miss it already....Lots of great neighbors, etc. Definitely Check it out-It's as if your living in a Beverly Hills Condo...it's got ALL the Luxuries & more. You Will Love Living here-Tell Brad the manager I said so, he wont disappoint you! :)

Move OUT immediatly... this is the worst place ever!!! Been here for 2 years and the constuction has never stopped.... I know the construction workers better than my own neighbors. Floods, Break-ins, Construction mess and noise... You name it we have it here!! Dont move in EVER!!

This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived and it is run by an incompetent manager and owners. Unless you are wanting to punish yourself DO NOT move here. It is like moving into HELL. Everything that can go wrong goes wrong...between the floods, evlevator never working washer/dryers never work and the crazy people who run it. It you like risk and decide to move in make sure to buy some floaties because you are sure to need them when your apartment is covered with 2 inches of water.

The worst place I have ever lived. Example 1/26 - we have 5 buckets filling at an alarming rate b/c the roof is leaking. The roof has leaked in several places EVERY time it has rained. Not to mention the manager said verbatim during out walk-through, "I try hard to get a young hipster environment in the atrium. This is a cool place." I am not sure how you determine "cool" or "hipster," but I live next the several ------------ on a floor that has standing water so deep you are going to get your socks wet - even if you are wearing ankle hair shoes. Further, I learned upon moving in (by co-tenants = equally disturbed by this strange place) that within weeks of our move in a tenant on our floor had killed himself. LOVELY, right? The parking garage and several apartments have been robbed in the past few months and the manager and owners do nothing to make the apartment more hospitable. NEVER move here!!!
