Windsor at the Hancock park, was my home almost a 5 years. .... I'll miss you already, since we have left to our new place! It was so great experience in my live, with amazing neighbours. Super cool manager Paula))) She is a great person with the smart personality and beautiful Heard))) Like a All staff in community Ty guys)))

Generally very good. Especially the location is very good; easy access to DTLA and beach area. We like the overall interior, high ceiling and room layout. Parking facility is also nice. We feel bit noisy footsteps from upper floor (I do not know it is because of the apartment issue though). Leasing office is also cooperative and professional.

I'm overall satisfied with the service, personnel, neighbors of Windsor. Service is always great and excellent. It's very accessible in everything I need daily. It would be a highly recommended to all my friend.

I was told that noise would not be a huge issue from the outside but that was not true i hear every car or dog outside. The dogs run unleashed within the community which was a concern I talked about prior to leasing. The smell and cleanliness of the hallway and elevator are really bad. And finally the gym is like a sauna because the air conditioning is consistently turned off.

Nazik is the best! Very prompt in assisting with issues - Always keeps common areas clean and coffee hot! She's ultra professional and friendly. Thank you for making living at Windsor Handcock Park very enjoyable.

It's an amazing neighborhood. It has good amenities. Also the community itself is great! The size of the apartment is very good. The thing I dont really like it is that the apartment does not have good natural light in the living room.

I love the area I live in and I appreciate the respect neighbors have for one another everyone is friendly and courteous issues seem to get solved within hours, that is, if there are any to begin with. Staff and maintenance is very helpful and reply as soon as possible I havent had to use the emergency maintenance line yet but Im sure theyre just as quick

The building is falling apart at the seems. The front buzzer has been broken for over a month and the building manager has done a horrible job of getting it fixed and even worse she is a horrible communicator

We love the community and all it has to offer. We appreciate the leasing office kindness and responsiveness to tenants. We love the layout and appliances, specially the laundry in unit. Gym is amazing and conference room is a plus!

The property and amenities are immaculate. For the most part, it is a very pleasant place to live. Always ask who is living above you prior to signing a lease. I'm not sure if management can be firm with conflict resolution, meaning upper management, not onsite management which is excellent.
