“Pros: Nice building, nice neighbors. Laundry in the basement Cons: Water leaks management fixes it but it’s really old Piping”

“Pros: - Chill building - Laundry is easy - Elevator functions most of the time Cons: - Sometimes pee in elevator or hallway - Garbage left around in stairwells but usually cleaned up in a day - Packages likely to get stolen”

“Pros: This building is close to the A and 1 train Cons: There seems to be a general lack of cleanliness. Floors are not mopped and some residents leave garbage in hallway. Advice to landlord: The Locker Room bar has outdoor dining. Why do they need to take their sound system outside with them??”

“Pros: I love the elevator, and the area as the hospital is close and I work at the hospital Cons: Elevator always out, the mailbox half are open, my buzzer doesn’t work, overpriced rent, the super is rude, nothing ever works, heaters don’t work. The workers do what ever start something and don’t finish Advice to landlord: Needs a lot of adjustments”
