The apartments are nice and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for the most part. but if your a monitory expect grimy looks for the first 3 months. Also the elevator breaks down about once a week in this building. The heat also decides to turn off from the normal extreme hot setting about once a month where There's no heat or hot water. The new system for keyless entry is always broken. And There's constantly an extremely high teenager sitting at the top of my stairs a few nights a week. For over 2k a month you would think they would take better care of this building.
