Bedrooms are true bedrooms (spacious and all have closets) Laundry in basement (although in-unit washers would be better) The super stopped cleaning the building years ago, does the bare minimum with snow removal. The walls and ceilings/floors are too thin - I can hear my neighbor sneezing and on the floor above I hear every footstep and their loud music HIRE A NEW SUPER
