Low rent, nicely renovated units, proximity to playgrounds and river, close to food stores No gas for 2 years, noisey disrespectful neighbors, criminal neighbors never evicted, unresponsive mgmt, advertised as laundry on site but laundry broken and never fixed or replaced, grimy and ill-kept common spaces, smoking in building never dealt with, no amenities like dishwasher or laundry, hot water is a gamble, long walks to A, C, and 1 Get your shit together

Neighbors are great! supportive, funny, helpful, and kind Landlords are unresponsive, the building had been without an oven/stove for over a year. We called over 50 times, reported to 311 and finally we held back rent and brought in lawyers did they respond by starting the necessary gas work...holes in walls no gas... Be responsive to tenants asking for help. Your investment is our home especially during this time of Covid your neglectfulness seems cruel.

neighbors are wonderful! They're supportive, Fmusing, helpful, and kind landlords, but, are absent. Blace went without a functioning oven/stove for more than a year. We phoned repeatedly—over 50 times—filed complaints with 311, and eventually withheld rent and hired legal counsel before they finally began the necessary gas installation...but left holes in the walls with no gas connected... Please listen when tenants reach out for assistance. Your property 's where we live, and especially during this Covid crisis, your inattentiveness feels inexcusable.
