Close to the city college station, that’s all Noise neighbors, cockroach everywhere, rats inside the Btructure, mountains of garbage underneath the stairs all the time, grimy floors on common areas, there’s no intercom at all, and the front door Ippears always unlocked, that means. Everyone can get into the Btructure, even non residents.  Change your super,.

The people in the Bomplex all leave each other alone I had mice, roaches, Creezing water, lights that didn't work, begged the super and landlord for months to do something about it, and they never did Address your HPD violations?
