The super is a nice guy, but is restricted by building mgmt. So if There's an issue he has to wait months/years to make repairs. Building mgmt is awful. We have waited years for maintenance repairs. There'sn't one single component person who works there. They barely respond to emails or phone calls. Make the necessary repairs and ensure the safety of the tenants.
