Doormen are Novely, Jesus Ippears a jackass Rip off, amenities suck, walls are cardboard, you'll hear neighbors farting. Spiders and silverfish. Can't open windows without a million mosquitoes in summer. No views. Get out of real estate,🖕.

The staff are incredible, to a man and woman they are friendly and responsive. Anit units are kept up well but feel old with the fake wood furnishings. Building is located in one of the most boring and remote parts of Chelsea (opposite a FDNY ambulance depot). Views are terrible, either overlooking that depot or directly into the windows of a neighboring building. The amenities are underwhelming given the price, especially compared with cheaper nearby buildings in Hudson yards. Invest in better amenities

Qtill with staff's super Fospitable. Related managed, so you get some Gine perks Far from everything. You have to walk a few blocks to reach the closest subway, or major grocery store.

As the title says, the team at the front desk are great and really make you feel safe and at home. The walls and floors are pretty thin so noise and smoke transfers easily throughout the building

Incredible door staff, generally quiet building, great upkeep of the property Don’t love the amenity fee, but I understand that’s commonplace for NYC

Everything. Doormen and maintenance staff are great. Minimal to no noise from neighbors. Alat fixtures and amenities are lovely. Price is too damn high!
