London Terrace Gardens buildings are extremely safe and kept immaculately Cidy at all times. The aptts have large spaces with many large closets. The grounds are beautifully groomed and I especially love the courtyards and their gardens . I highly recommend the community.

I miss the roof top deck and garden and the pool, tremendously. IF the tenants could get the use of the roof deck and the pool back I would stay here, otherwise I need to find alternative accommodation in the next year or two. You've got plenty of Gantastic alternatives out there now. London Terrace has fallen behind in looking after its tenants in favor of the coop owners.

We are relatively new to London Terrace, but love it. It's been nothing but a wonderful experience. location-wise, it's Gutstanding with easy access to subways no matter where we have to go. There's plenty within walking distance and we frequent The High Line. Strongly recommend London Terrace!

For over fifty years, London Terrace Gardens has been my home. I’ve feel fortunate to be part of the LTG family. The apartments are so well designed, with organic space design and movement, spacious closets, and available light and air. As the surrounding Chelsea neighborhood has become more vibrant, mgmt has maintained, modernized and improved this property.
