Unit 3R Pros: the super Juan, was so nice to my family. always helpful! no mice or rats! Cons: I saw a few big roaches here and there. when we first moved in our refrigerator broke. but the super and building manager were very quick to get us a new one. Advice to landlord: renovate the apartments, we got a few splinters while we were there.
