Pros: The doormen, the maintenance team, the apartments are really nice Cons: The laundry room downstairs is faulty a lot and always full on the weekends. Rental management is very unresponsive and was racist to my roommate.

Pros: All of the staff are amazing and the building fb is maintained well Cons: Heating units are inconsistent Advice to landlord: Lower the cost so I can still live there

Pros: I loved the doormen and the super. Cons: We had several issues with mice over the years -- the exterminator hired didn't really help

Pros: Can use bilt to pay rent, fast response to maintenance tickets, friendly doormen, nice rooftop and gym (with pelotons) Cons: Windows are not very sound proof, but you get used to it

Unit 410 Pros: The main pros about the building are the gym, the roof and the great doormen. The apartment itself is nice with a good amount of space and ample closet space. Cons: The apartment was not clean at all when we moved in. there was actually dust everywhere. You can frequently smell weed outside your window. Advice to landlord: Please stop raising the rent so much.

Pros: Good location for Hell's Kitchen and Midtown, building is nicely maintained, and the building staff is pretty friendly. Maintenance always responds quickly. Cons: The leasing office is absolutely terrible. They are so hard to get a hold of and are largely unresponsive. Yearly increases are quite steep so you'd only last a year before you're extremely overpaying.
