Unit #2 first floor Pros: Super is very attentive and friendly. Cons: Gas stove leaks gas, washing machine leaks water, was told fridge shelves would be fixed but the management company never followed through, steam heat does not work and electric bill will be expensive in the winter. THERE ARE RATS IN THE WALLS AND YOU CAN HEAR THEM FIGHT EACH OTHER AT NIGHT. Exterminating company sealed the building before dealing with the problem inside. Mailbox doesn’t even lock. Advice to landlord: Pay to get things fixed correctly the first time.
