The apartments are nicely sized pre war walkups. Mine was a more recent renovation with a dishwasher. Renovations did a great job with a huge bedroom walk-in closet. Overall I love my this space. mgmt is slow to respond or often doesn't respond to emails or calls. HUGE roach problem, even with monthly exterminator. Theft of packages happens regularly. mgmt says the lobby camera functions but refuses to provide footage when asked - one neighbor had a stalker issue & needed camera footage - mgmt literally ignored her pleas. I have come home during the day & found open drug use in the stairwell. Neighborhood can be extremely loud so if noise bothers you beware. Rent is increased maximum each renewal, even if a good tenant and during a pandemic, they refused to negotiate a lower rent raise. People are moving out at an alarming rate. Overall it’s a lovely building but if you need help you are on your own. Expect some quality of life issues. Please be more open to communication with your tenants. little support & you have treated me rudely & threatened me with eviction when I was trying to resolve issues.
