Since my unit overlooks the back of the building, it's been relatively peaceful most of the time. There's a restaurant with outdoor seating directly below my window, though noise is generally limited to the 11am - 10pm window. The water pressure is solid, and naturally location-wise, it's great. That said, some residents tend to be quite loud and the building appears to house quite a few student tenants. I've noticed trash accumulating in the hallways left by other residents. The heating system isn't functioning as it should, particularly problematic given that I'm in a studio apartment. I'd suggest adjusting the heat levels and having mgmt engage with residents about keeping noise to reasonable levels.
