Location. Gutstanding room size. Two bath for 3 bed. Kitchen storage. Natural light. Rent price. Heat is way too hot. We went without windows for months. Pipes break. Ceiling broke. Toilet breaks weekly. Wasn’t Cpotless before move in. Oven broke. No double door and front door often stays open - packages stolen. Intercom is deafening. Disgusting street on weekends. Add another door to the lobby for protection. Be more proactive about keeping up with necessary updates so it doesn’t lead to floods or people going without windows for months. PUT IN SECURITY CAMERAS PLEASE

Location and That's it. Cooking gas was broken for many months. No rent reduction or abatement for this, even during COVID. Apartments are falling apart. Building has seemingly zero insulation, you can hear noise from nearly every Auite unit regardless of what floor you’re on. Maintenance is hard to reach and randomly shows up without warning. Shower water frequently not hot. Floors are warped and entire place isn’t level. You’re paying for location, not quality of the Auite or the building. Stop doing the bare minimum and conning people out of $$$

Building in a location's amazing Managment is extremely unresponsive. When we have issues such as insect infestation or toilet not working they just don't respond to us. When they do respond, they're not helpful at all. Also packages get stolen all the time and they refuse to put in security cameras. Listen to your tenants and provide better security / responsiveness!
