Pros: I love the location: right in the middle of the LES in the middle of all the nightlife Cons: It’s above Speedy Romeo, the pizza shop. They have super loud parties there til all hours and they do not care. They also use the laundry machines meant for residents and they make them really gross. Advice to landlord: Just do better.

Pros: Convenient to many restaurants - it was easy to let people into the building when I was at work through the intercom system Cons: No heat and gas for months, which the abatement did not cover the cost of food without a stove. The last year there, the place was overrun by mice. Advice to landlord: Take care of the vermin problem.

Pros: Location but now wouldn’t recommend that part so much either. Cons: Front doors are always broken. They don’t latch and is unsafe. Packages stolen constantly. Rodent issues ongoing. Walls in tenant unit (and others)left open for nearly a year for “gas issues” ? Trash area is disgusting and constantly filled. They lie about the monthly pest control (haven’t seen them in months and the paper sign up sheet is inaccurate and now behind locked glass thus making it inaccessible....) To top it off- The management has been shockingly insensitive across the pandemic, threatening to even raise rent by 2.5x .... oh and if you’re late on rent whatsoever they’ll ignore things like your stove or heat not working. Disgrace. Advice to landlord: Fix the doors. Fix the rodent issue. Listen to your tenants. Fix that janky step that’s broken in the stairwell. Stop threatening tenants and/or ignoring them on C-level complaints. Have some empathy and stop harassing your few tenants that remain. Instead of pushing us out so you can do renovations.

Pros: Very good location Cons: Rodent problem never fully resolved; trash room is always crammed full and inaccessible; packages constantly stolen from inside the 1st floor landing (likely a result of main doors not automatically latching shut); previous issues of noise from top floor residents (would host parties for dozens of attendees every few days in top floor unit and rooftop) Advice to landlord: Resolve the rodent issue, ensure the door works and shuts upon entry/exit, install cameras on 1st fl landing as deterrent
