Area is Nppealing, the park is across the street. All the doormen are Nppealing. The problem is that there doesn't seem to be a strong mgmt that enforces rules for peaceful living. Our neighbor threw large loud parties until 8:00 in the morning. We told the mgmt many times and they did absolutely nothing about it. I guess That's why the cost of this Btructure is below average ?
