Unit 4i Pros: The super was extremely responsive and helpful. It is a generally a quiet building but the walls are very thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the apartment next door. Cons: Had issues with mice and roaches. One of my neighbors had a very smelly apartment which infected the whole floor. Not much the super/owner could do about it. It is an older building so it is not the cleanest but they do clean regularly. Advice to landlord: The elevator could use an upgrade.

Pros: Location is nice, pet friendly Cons: Management is abysmal. They ignore serious maintenance issues, and when they actually do respond to complaints, they provide no solutions nor do anything to solve the problem. Would unfortunately recommend avoiding this building despite the pros, as it seems the building is need of many repairs that are not being handled appropriately and efficiently. Advice to landlord: Don’t ignore tenants with maintenance complaints that have been verified by the super (and/or city inspectors), and actually fix these issues in a timely manner.
