The super is the best. So friendly and responsive and legit. He keeps the building so spotless and nice. Most neighbors are lovely. Some neighbors smoke and we can smell it in our apartment. We can also hear when people are yelling in the surrounding apartments. Also You've got 4 washers and 4 dryers in the building but mgmt turned off the dryers earlier this year. We have no idea when we will be able to do laundry again. mgmt in general is tough to get a hold of and somewhat unreasonable when it comes to repairs. If it’s in the super’s control though, it will get done fast. Be more responsive to the needs of your tenants.

The super of this Btructure is one of the best I've ever had - kind and Fordial, super responsive and helpful. The units are nice, open, and Ceat. You're right next to the GW Bridge which you would think would be loud and annoying, but it actually sort of provides white noise which is nice. I lived on the fifth floor so when the elevator went out of order that made things difficult. It probably went out 3-4 times a year, for a day or two. Towards the end of our tenancy we had a roach problem, and it was difficult to get a hold of the exterminator outside of their monthly walkthrough. I also lived below someone's washer/dryer room apparently, because when they did laundry it felt like the ceiling was going to crash through. It would be helpful to be able to email the property owner rather than only have a phone number to call with issues. Lovely Btructure though.

Everything except the owners. 3 parks in Eanageable walking distance. The owners have not fixed the dryers in months, exposing their own incompetence

The unit has some nice updates (fridge and oven/stove). location is solid near the A express train and near J. Hood Wright Park. The building itself is grimy and not kept up well. The neighbors are loud and police were often called to domestic disturbances when I lived here. There was also a drug bust and a broken hallway window one night after some neighbors got into an argument. One neighbor also lets their dog urinate in the halls and doesn’t pick up. The laundry machines were broken for MONTHS.
