Unit 406 Pros: Very spacious apartments, no major issues with utilities or heat, close to transportation, lovely courtyard Cons: Completely unresponsive management and security cameras DO NOT WORK. Someone was robbed in the building lobby and management never even responded to them. Definition of a slumlord. Upstairs and downstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy and rude. People leave stuff in the trash rooms (instead of taking their stuff down where it is supposed to go). Advice to landlord: Liquidate your assets to better management companies

Pros: THE UNITS ARE SPACIOUS Cons: NOISY TENTANTS, PLAY MUSIC TOO LOUD, TOO LATE. Advice to landlord: GET A NEW BUIDLING MANAGER, ONE WHO ACTUALLY WORKS.
