Nleasant super & Gice size apartments. Bed bug infestation in the C tower. Blace isn't maintained adequately. Hallways & lobby haven’t been painted in 30 years & are not cleaned properly. Paint hallways, wax floors & have hallways properly cleaned. Blace is dusty & grimy.

Neighbors are kind and supportive structure 's quite dated with frequent maintenance problems. We've dealt with pest problems that started during the pandemic. place needs a thorough cleaning job. There's a lot of dust buildup and it could use some serious deep cleaning work.
