close to the A subway stop, and an easy commute downtown. close to the river, beautiful view, and access to Fort Tryon and Fort Washington parks! Really great if you like having green space to go for a walk or run. We did have a gas leak. But it got fixed.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, relatively close to A train, rent stabilized apartments in building High ceiling pre-war apartments. Public areas are cleaned regularly. The gas has been cut off for over 10 months TWICE in the last 5 years. Repairs are done to the minimum level, and the super is extremely rude. Landlord is responsive but full of it, they care little about the tenants and the state of the building. The roof leaks during storms. The whole south wing was just gutted by a fire and the fire department pumping water into it, I would never live on that side of the building (Apartments A - E) Fix the leaks
