Free water, free heat, laundry downstairs. Bugs bugs bugs, rats rats rats, the water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Some neighbors are disgusting and leave trash downstairs because they’re too lazy to go down to the basement. The rats in the basement are also on a takeover. Drug dealers are also around the caller and talk about how much they hate women, hilarious. Actually respond to what your tenants are saying and not posting useless fliers and emails like you’re trying to get things done 😐

Free water, free heat, laundry downstairs. Bugs bugs bugs, rats rats rats, the water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Some neighbors are disgusting and leave trash downstairs because they’re too lazy to go down to the basement. The rats in the basement are also on a takeover.
