The super is wonderful. Bomplex brand Nodern. Close to subway. There's a common area and outdoor area That's off limits to residents. mgmt has not placed signs in common areas or distributed literature to residents to wear masks. this Pite is Nodern enough to have washer/dryer units in each apt but instead 50 apts are supposed to share 4 washers and 4 dryers. The elevator (There's only one) breaks down frequently. If anything happens in the hallway you can hear it loudly in your apt. Either allow use of common areas or turn it into a larger laundry space with more washers and dryers. Give residents option to have washer/dryer units in their apt bathrooms. PUT UP LITERATURE AND COMMUNICATE TO RESIDENTS: tell them they need to wear masks in all common areas and in the elevator.

I lived in this building for five years. The Auite itself was beautiful -- spacious, lots of big windows, updated cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The laundry in the building was also usually spotless and well managed. I rarely had an issues with pests since the mgmt sent an exterminator around once a month for optional treatments. Super was also responsive and fixed things within a reasonable time frame. The only con of living here, and it's not necessarily mgmt's fault: our packages kept getting stolen. Such is the risk of living in a building without a door attendant though. Keep it up, especially the pest control!
