Exterminator actually comes. Have to harass mgmt in order for work orders to be responded too.

Only good thing is the Balcony Everything grimy, elevators, staircase, also... elevator doesn’t work like 5 time a week which is ridiculous because There's 14 floors and a lot of people are older and disabled. Super is hard to find all the time. Do better, people still paying rent and it’s like you don’t care.

I like absolutely nothing about this building. Garbage is always bad, the back of this place is always grimy, elevators always out, super of this place is lazy, always having floods in my Aad & it’s NEVER any heat! Take better care of this building !!!
