Pros: There is absolutely nothing I like about this building. I am trapped because rent is so high these days. I hate this place. Every single time they claimed to fix leak problem in the bathroom the problem but it a regular occurrence. All the large washers doesn't work. The laundry room has been leaking for years and they are yet to fix the problems .Only a veryfew small washers and dryers are available for the whole building. Cons: I hate this place. I hate everything about this dump. Advice to landlord: FIX THE PROBLEMS IN THIS BUILDING. WE NEED NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS. WE NEED LARGE WASHING MACHINES. WE NEED CLEAN WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS. THIS PLACE IS A MESS AND A DUMP. YOU SHOULD BE FINES EVERYDAY FOR NOT HAVING A PROPER WORKING LAUNDRY ROOM FOR TWO YEARS OF MORE. YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING OUR MONEY. SHAME ON YOU.
