My homeboy lived here and when I went to visit him, he had roaches. This apartment was roach infested and he couldn’t get rid of them. They were coming from inside the walls. Poor guy, I felt so bad for him.

I’ve been here for 4 years now. The staff is friendly, the maintenance usually resolves the issues pretty fast, the people that live here are also friendly . I would totally recommend this place to friends and family.

Son Excelentes apartamentos el ambiente muy bueno el area es tan tranquila , muy familiar . Los recomiendo para vivir me gusta porque tiene portón con control no cualquier gente entra al apartamento , la de recepción y el señor de mantenimiento muy atentos ,

BERRY CREEK IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.CARS GET TOWED,BROKEN INTO AND EVEN STOLEN.CONDITIONS ARE VERY POOR.AND THE MANAGER DOES NOTHING ABOUT ANY OF IT.AND THE PARKING OMG IS HORRIBLE.THEY ALSO KEEP OUR GATES LOCKED AND CHAINED UP,YOU HAVE TO ENTER AND LEAVE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT
