This apartment complex has the worst internet speeds in Houston. They are contracted with ATT and the fastest speed you can get is 25-50 mbps. You’re not able to switch to another provider and the main office just apologizes for the bad experience.

The noise level problem is more of an issue with people driving super diesel trucks, and people firing guns at night for some stupid reason, not to mention there is a ------- train right next to the apartments, secondly and more importantly the conditions of these apartments on the outside may look okay but on the inside they are probably rotting, since we moved in we've had trouble with our air conditioning and now we have a mold and water problem.Im convinced that who ever controls the budget has decided to cut costs at the expense of the people living here. So if you decide to live here please make sure you check thoroughly and get a clean new apartment otherwise you'll have the same problem i did.

First off the charge you way to much to live in apartments that's across the street from low income apartments. There's a train station right behind the complex that will keep you up all night. Not to mention the many ambulances that pass through all times of the night. After staying there a year in a half I've noticed extra fees on my bill. The rent is $1k - $1500 and there is no gym or pool. They are a total rip off. They will add extra fees without notice. There isn't enough trash dumpsters so the trash would pile up. The parking is horrible even with visitors parking in the back. Also, I lived near the exit gate but there is no walk through gate. My visitors would have to walk all the way around just to visit me. Save you time and save your money. Your better off buying a home.

I have lived here before, I only left because of personal reasons. The community is quiet, the staff is amazing!! There's easy access to freeways 45 and 610. My only critique, is finding a parking spot can be a pain if you get home late.

So far so good, parking can be a little rough at night just insofar as the lot being crowded but I've never parked too far away. Additionally, if you live here do be aware that there are not elevators.

We love it!! It's very quiet. We looked at several complexes and this one stood out. Rent is reasonable. I'm still waiting to see my first true water and electric bill. All the neighbors are quiet and maintenance staff and office is quick to respond and helpful.

Apt wasn't up to par moving in, we told the leasing agent and she told us since it's the holiday! It would be a wk to get everything fixed! It's the 16th Christmas isn't here why are we have to wait a wk for things that should have been done BEFORE we moved in! Unnecessary

My experience with this property started off seamless. The property seemed clean and well-managed. The ladies in the office are warm and approachable. My ONLY concern is the ROACH infestation was not disclosed to me prior to me signing my lease. I strongly believe that if potential residents are required to notify apartment communities of their pets in turn Concorde at Allendale should definitely notify potential residents of any roach problems seen on the entire property. Potential residents should be given the choice to live in such an environment.

These apartments are great so far. I'm in a two bed and two bath, it is very spacious and the layout is great. It is spaced out enough (roommate style) that you cannot hear a roommate in their room. I love the kitchen space and living room. My only issue is the floor towards the entrance and living room is warped and lifting. It is laminate but the floor shifts depending where you step. Also our unit faces the main road so we hear everything from speeding cars, fire department down the street, and etc. Also the parking is not that bad. If want to have a very close spot then you have to be parked before 8. But even if you do not get a spot right outside your unit, there is always relatively close spots. Other than that I do not have any complaints as of now.

Overall a good apartment. They're pretty strict on things, but otherwise, it's been a good experience, and the women in the office are pretty nice. Of all the apartments in the area, this is the best one I have found due to the rent prices and how new the place is.
